I had the honour of taking some pictures of Graeme on his very 1st birthday! I had a blast capturing his big smile and happy, drooly face :) He was so much fun, and I can’t wait until our next session!

its officially winter!!

i am pretending i am snowed in today so i dont have to go out into the cold :) dont get me wrong, i love the snow… but theres something about being all cosy in a warm house drinking hot chocolate listening to christmas music… :)

as you scrounge through piles of junk in your basement grumbling while looking for your winter boots and car scraper, remember that winter only lasts so long, so try to enjoy it! :)

every wednesday night i am delighted to lead a group of 8-10 year olds at our church. they are so much fun, and i honestly think i am learning more from them than they are from me! they always make me laugh so hard. here is a few of them on pajama day.. thanks girls for brightening up my wednesdays!

i have loved watching the duggan family grow… i took pictures of david when he was about 6 months old.. now he is almost 2, and has a baby sister named cate!

Anna is the sweetest, most adorable baby… and her parents just can’t stop smiling!! I can’t imagine a happier family!! It was the perfect session.. words cannot describe how gorgeous this baby is, so I’ll just have to post photos….

well its Christmas time already in our house… the lights are up, the music is going… all we need now is snow and a Christmas tree!! most of you know that Christmas is my ABSOLUTE favorite time of the year… :) the Christmas season for me lasts from about Nov. 1 – Feb. 1!!! Here are a few photos from decorating this week… this will be Rufus’s first Christmas… and I can tell he’s already getting excited.. haha

jordan, my bro-in-law just MIGHT love Christmas almost as much as I do. as soon as he heard I wanted to decorate, he was up that ladder in a jiffy :) THANK YOU jordan for putting up those lights!!!

hurraaay for Christmas!

well my brother in law, jordan, came to visit for a week from nova scotia… so the 3 of us decided to go back packing in frontenac provincial park! we had totally awesome weather, it was sunny and warm during the day… but brrrrrrr did it ever get chilly at night!! let me tell you, next time i am bringing 2 sleeping bags!! :) we had a great time, we saw lots of wildlife.. the beavers were busy fixing up their houses for the winter.. and all the deer were out and about… you know… doing what deer do.. hahaha. anyways, here are a few pictures from our trip.. hope you enjoy them!
